Each session is normally 4 weeks in total (Holidays may affect the duration of a session). We’ve found through countless classes that 4 ninety minute classes provide a perfect amount of time for students to get ample opportunity to review, repeat and refine the fundamentals of dancing Salsa.

In Salsa dancing, we have two main roles: the lead and the follow. Think of the lead as the one suggesting the next move, kind of like saying, “Hey, let’s try this!” The follow then goes with the flow, turning those suggestions into the movements.
